I believe this review may have been written by the same person who already shared a similar experience, so I don’t want to keep repeating the same explanation or turn this into an argument.

I know how I do my work, and I always try to give every client the time they booked and paid for, together with kindness and respect. I am a human being, not a machine, and chemistry, mutual comfort and respect are very important to me during every meeting.

I am still learning English, so I understand that sometimes communication may not be perfect, and I am genuinely sorry if this contributed to a misunderstanding or disappointment. However, I was very surprised to be described as aggressive, because this is something I have never heard from my clients before.

Regarding hygiene, I know very well how to take care of myself, and I would rather not turn this into personal accusations from either side.

Many of my clients have already returned to see me again in a very short time, and for that I can only sincerely thank all of my genuine clients who treat me with respect and appreciate the experience I provide.

I am sorry that this particular meeting did not meet your expectations. Not every meeting between two people will have the right chemistry, and sometimes that simply happens.
